本アプリ「Orbit」（以下「本アプリ」）は、ユーザーのプライバシーを尊重し、
以下の方針に基づいて情報を取り扱います。
本アプリは、アカウント登録（氏名・メールアドレス等）を必要とせず、匿名でご利用いただけます。
収集する情報
- デバイス識別子（広告配信および効果測定のため）
- 匿名アカウント識別子（Firebase Authentication により自動生成される匿名 ID）
- アプリの利用状況（利用時間、画面遷移、操作イベント、診断・パフォーマンス情報等）
- プッシュ通知用のデバイストークン（通知の配信のため）
- ルームでの匿名の在席情報（同時に集中しているユーザー数や状態など。氏名・連絡先その他の個人を特定する情報は含みません）
情報の利用目的
- アプリの品質・安定性の向上
- 利用状況の分析
- 広告の配信および効果測定
- 匿名での「共同在席（co-presence）」体験の提供（同時に集中している人の可視化）
- プッシュ通知（リマインダー等）の配信
第三者サービスの利用
- Firebase（Google LLC）— Analytics、Authentication（匿名認証）、Firestore、Cloud Messaging、Cloud Functions を含みます
- Google AdMob（Google LLC）— 広告配信および同意管理（UMP）
これらのサービスは、各社のプライバシーポリシーに基づいて情報を取り扱います。
なお、分析のため、Firebase Analytics のデータが Google BigQuery にエクスポートされる場合があります。
トラッキングについて
本アプリでは、広告配信のためにトラッキングを行う場合があります。
トラッキングの許可・拒否は、端末の設定（App Tracking Transparency）からいつでも変更することができます。
プッシュ通知について
本アプリは、リマインダー等の通知を配信するため、Apple Push Notification service（APNs）および
Firebase Cloud Messaging を利用し、端末のデバイストークンを取り扱います。
通知は、端末またはアプリの設定からいつでも無効化できます。
匿名でのご利用とルーム共有について
Orbit は「静かで匿名な共同在席」をコンセプトとしており、チャット・フレンド・フォロー等のソーシャル機能はありません。
ルームで他のユーザーと共有されるのは、匿名の在席状態のみです。
氏名やプロフィール等、個人を特定する情報が他のユーザーに公開されることはありません。
サブスクリプション（定期購入）について
本アプリは、AppleのApp内課金（サブスクリプション）を提供する場合があります。
- 購入・支払い：お支払いはApple IDに請求されます。
- 自動更新：期間終了の24時間以上前に自動更新をオフにしない限り、自動的に更新されます。
- 更新の課金：更新の課金は、期間終了前24時間以内に行われます。
- 解約（自動更新の停止）：端末の「設定」→「Apple ID」→「サブスクリプション」からいつでも管理・解約できます。
- 購入の復元：機種変更等の場合、アプリ内の「購入を復元（Restore）」等の機能で復元できることがあります（Appleの仕組みに依存します）。
- 返金：返金の可否はAppleの方針に従い、当社（開発者）側で返金処理はできません。
- 価格・内容の変更：価格や提供内容は予告なく変更される場合があります（変更が必要な場合、Appleの手続きに従って通知されます）。
購入情報に関する取り扱い
当社は、原則としてユーザーのクレジットカード情報等の決済情報を直接取得しません。
ただし、サブスクリプションの有効状態確認のため、Appleが提供する購入情報（例：レシート情報、取引ID等）を当社または当社のサーバーで取り扱う場合があります。
データの保持と削除
- 取得した情報は、利用目的の達成に必要な範囲、または関連法令で求められる期間に限り保持します。
- アプリを削除すると、端末内に保存されたデータ（設定・ローカル記録等）は削除されます。
- 匿名 ID に紐づくデータの削除をご希望の場合は、下記のお問い合わせ先までご連絡ください。匿名 ID をお知らせいただくことで、可能な範囲で削除に対応します。
お客様の権利
適用される法令に応じて、お客様はご自身に関する情報について、アクセス・訂正・削除・処理の制限・利用停止（オプトアウト）等を求める権利を有する場合があります。
欧州経済領域（EEA）・英国にお住まいの方には GDPR が、米国カリフォルニア州にお住まいの方には CCPA/CPRA 等が適用される場合があります。

お子様のプライバシー
本アプリは13歳未満（またはお住まいの地域で定められる該当年齢未満）の方を対象として意図的に設計・運営しているものではなく、
これらの方から故意に個人情報を収集することはありません。
該当する情報を取得していたことが判明した場合は、速やかに削除します。
国際的なデータの移転
本アプリが利用する第三者サービスのサーバーは、日本国外（米国を含む）に所在する場合があります。
お客様の情報は、これらの国で保管・処理されることがあります。

This application, Orbit (hereinafter referred to as "the App"),
respects user privacy and handles information in accordance with the following policy.
The App does not require account registration (such as your name or email address) and can be used anonymously.
Information We Collect
- Device identifiers (for advertising delivery and performance measurement)
- An anonymous account identifier (an anonymous ID automatically generated by Firebase Authentication)
- App usage data (such as usage duration, screen views, interaction events, and diagnostic/performance information)
- A push notification device token (to deliver notifications)
- Anonymous presence information within a room (such as the number and status of users focusing at the same time; this does not include your name, contact details, or any other personally identifying information)
Purpose of Use
- Improving app quality and stability
- Analyzing usage trends
- Delivering advertisements and measuring their effectiveness
- Providing an anonymous "co-presence" experience (visualizing others who are focusing at the same time)
- Delivering push notifications (such as reminders)
Third-Party Services
- Firebase (Google LLC) — including Analytics, Authentication (anonymous sign-in), Firestore, Cloud Messaging, and Cloud Functions
- Google AdMob (Google LLC) — advertising delivery and consent management (UMP)
These services handle information in accordance with their respective privacy policies.
For analytics purposes, Firebase Analytics data may be exported to Google BigQuery.
Tracking
The App may perform tracking for advertising purposes.
You can allow or deny tracking permission at any time through your device settings (App Tracking Transparency).
Push Notifications
To deliver notifications such as reminders, the App uses the Apple Push Notification service (APNs)
and Firebase Cloud Messaging, and processes your device's push token.
You can disable notifications at any time from your device or app settings.
Anonymous Use and Room Sharing
Orbit is built around the concept of "silent, anonymous co-presence" and does not include social features
such as chat, friends, or followers.
The only thing shared with other users in a room is anonymous presence status.
No personally identifying information, such as your name or profile, is disclosed to other users.
Subscriptions (In-App Purchases)
The App may offer auto-renewable subscriptions via Apple In-App Purchases.
- Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account.
- Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Renewal charge: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- Manage / Cancel: You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device settings: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
- Restore Purchases: You may be able to restore purchases using an in-app “Restore” feature (subject to Apple’s system).
- Refunds: Refund eligibility is determined by Apple. We (the developer) cannot process refunds directly.
- Changes: Subscription pricing and/or content may change. If required, Apple’s procedures may apply to notify you.
Handling of Purchase Information
We do not directly collect your payment details (e.g., credit card information).
However, we (or our servers) may process Apple-provided purchase information (e.g., receipt data, transaction identifiers) solely to verify subscription status.
Data Retention and Deletion
- We retain collected information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described above, or as required by applicable law.
- Deleting the App removes data stored on your device (such as settings and local records).
- If you would like data associated with your anonymous ID to be deleted, please contact us at the address below. By providing your anonymous ID, we will accommodate deletion to the extent possible.
Your Rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict the processing of,
or opt out of the use of information about you.
If you reside in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, the GDPR may apply;
if you reside in California, the CCPA/CPRA may apply.

Children's Privacy
The App is not intentionally designed for or directed to children under the age of 13
(or the relevant age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.
International Data Transfers
The servers of the third-party services used by the App may be located outside your country, including in the United States.
Your information may be stored and processed in these countries.
